Monday - Friday  7:00 am - 6:30 pm

7:00 – 8:00	Arrivals, Breakfast and Centers
8:00 – 8:30	Circle Time (discuss day, weather, pledge of allegiance, and read daily book.)
8:30 – 9:15	Center time
9:15 – 9:20	Clean up
9:20 – 10:00	Art
10:00 – 10:05	Clean up
10:05-11:40	Outside Recess (pending weather)
11:40 – 11:45	Clean up, restroom breaks, get ready for lunch
11:45 – 12:15	Lunch
12:15 -12:20	Restroom break / clean up
12:20 – 1:00	Nap time
1:00 – 1:30	Instruction time
1:30 – 2:00	Worksheet time – this is where we will do math, reading, writing, etc.
2:00 – 3:00	Centers
3:00 – 3:05	Clean up
3:05 – 4:40	Music / P.E.
4:40  - 6:30	Centers

Calendar and Weather Information

Teenie Tots will follow the Clarksville Montgomery County School System Calendar and weather procedures.  In case of weather warnings we will update our home page as needed and send out a mass phone call advising all families of our delay or closure.  In case of closure please make sure to have a plan in place to pick up your child. If you are unable to pick up your child, make sure that you have updated information on hand of who is allowed to pick up your child.

Tuition

Registration fee of $35.00
1st month tuition due at signing

Tuition is due the 3rd of every month.  Late fee of $25.00 collected if tuition is not paid by the 5th of the month.


$360.00 per month for 3 year old program
$345.00 per month for 4 year old program
$316.00 per month for 5 year old program

*Age is based on a child's age as of September 1st of that year.

Enrollment Process (Gadzikowski, 2013)

1. Inquiry
• This will be when you come to visit the center for the first time and ask about enrollment.
2. Tour our Facility
3. Admission or Wait List
• If you have found that our center is the perfect fit for you and your family, we will discuss if we have openings or if adding you to the wait list is needed. 
4. Enrollment Paperwork
• Once offered a spot at our center you have paperwork that is required before your child can attend class. 
5. First Day of School
• Once all required paperwork is turned in and child is up to date on their shots, they can attend their first day of class.
